Our Space
Our Space &
Room Rentals
The Hannah Grimes Center, located in downtown Keene, is home to our incubator program, workshops, co-working space and events.
We also rent our space to community organizations in need of a place to collaborate, work, or finish that pesky project. We offer hourly, daily, and weekly rentals in both conference rooms, private temporary office space and co-working space @The HIVE. Check out more information about our Conference Room Rentals, Tech Room, Incubator Program, and Co-Working (The Hive).
We use Air Curtains, manufactured specifically to make it safer for people to meet, in all of our conference rooms and coworking space. Air Curtains are created and produced in NH.

Producing local, clean energy is just one of the ways we contribute to a sustainable economy, and we’re proud to announce we’ve expanded our commitment to sustainability with a rooftop solar array!
When the sun is shining, our 95 solar panels on the roof of our center produce electricity that is either used in real-time by the center or fed back to the grid where it benefits our community by reducing pollution (and earns us a credit). The annual generation from the array will equal roughly 52,235 kilowatt-hours (kWhs) of electricity, offsetting the equivalent of over 65,755 miles driven in a gas-powered car annually and keeping more than 51,000 lbs of carbon out of the atmosphere every year.

In addition to receiving a significant reduction in energy costs, we will be able to reduce our carbon footprint and invest in the long-term well-being of the Monadnock Region’s people and natural spaces. We are thrilled to take this step on our greater journey towards sustainability through this partnership with ReVision Energy. An employee-owned B-Corp, ReVision shares our dedication to people and community, and we are excited to join them in leading New Hampshire to a clean, solar powered future
