What is an Approved Community Partner?
An Approved Community Partner is a business or organization who:
- Meaningfully aligns with HGC’s mission
- Contributes positively to our region
- Fosters welcoming and safe environments
- Is open to collaboration with HGC when appropriate
- Operates in ways that are consistent with our federal funding requirements
Approved Community Partner status is determined by the Executive Director, following guidelines established by the HGC Board of Directors.
What does “participating in HGC programming” mean?
It means active engagement in one or more of HGC’s educational, incubator, or ecosystem-building programs. Participation requirements vary by program.
What is the minimum lease term?
Private office leases are month-to-month.
What happens if my organization’s status changes?
If a business or organization is no longer participating in programming or no longer designated as an Approved Community Partner, we will revisit the lease in accordance with its terms. We aim to handle these situations transparently and thoughtfully.
Are hourly offices available to anyone?
Yes. Hourly or daily office rentals are available on a space-available basis for academic or professional use, and no program participation is required.
What is included in a monthly office lease?
Private office tenants typically receive:
