Eric Kallio has achieved over 25 years of telecommunications project management experience with now working as a Site Acquisitions professional with Industrial Tower and Wireless (ITW) out of MA and NH. Eric’s role at ITW is to manage the expansion and execution of ITW’s communication infrastructure in Vermont. He has an excellent history of leading site teams to perform site acquisition work and is highly experienced in leasing and permitting with collocation and build-to-suit wireless for carriers and tower companies. Reliable and hard-working, Eric specializes in site development, property owner lease negotiation, zoning hearings, and obtaining building and construction permits to start construction. He consistently reports to clients with metrics and solutions for optimal speed-to-market and on-air launch of sites.

Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Media from Fitchburg State College in 1999, as well as a Master of Science in Communications/Media Management from Fitchburg State University in 2005.
During his time away from the telecommunications industry, Mr. Kallio serves as the producer and on-air host of the “Rise and Shine Show,” WOOL-FM 91.5 Black Sheep Radio, Bellows Falls, Vermont. The weekly radio show consists of a talk and music format. Some weeks of the show have special guests from various industries participating in the show to discuss their backgrounds as well as their missions with the industries they support.
Eric serves as an alternate member of the Swanzey, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment and volunteers as a student mentor and internship supervisor with the Communications program at Keene State College.

He can work with individuals on addressing their public speaking abilities, drafting and proof editing communications for both oral and written publication, developing foundations for starting and managing projects through their life cycle and conflict management strategies.
