After four years in the US Air Force, Bob went to school for electronics and spent several years in the industry. Bob started a Management Consulting company in the mid 90s called Change Dynamics Inc., helping over 70 companies with management direction and training. Bob has worked as a project manager and individual contributor in customer service, engineering and manufacturing organizations, and has lead several successful product teams and programs. He even taught hang gliding in Groton, MA.
He has a BS in Management from Lesley University in Massachusetts, is a graduate of the Institute of Children’s Literature, Lean Training for the Office from the Mass Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
